Pawkiva is a modern pet essentials brand created for everyday pet families and real-life pet care routines.

To reduce excess storage, overproduction, and unnecessary waste, many of our items may ship from international fulfillment centers across the world.

Smart Routing: Your order will be automatically dispatched from the nearest warehouse that has your items in stock.

Multiple Shipments: If you order different items, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages if they are sourced from different specialized warehouses.

1. Processing Time & Shipping Fee

Every Pawkiva order is prepared with care.

Order Processing Time:
Please allow 1–2 business days for order verification, quality inspection, and packaging before shipment.

Peak Periods (Holidays / Promotions):
During high-demand seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Shipping Fee:
We charge a flat $5.99 shipping fee on all orders, regardless of destination.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Because our products are fulfilled through global logistics partners, delivery times may vary by location.

  • Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after shipment
  • Temporary delays in tracking updates do not indicate a lost package

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

This means:

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • Pawkiva is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
  • Customs charges vary by country or region

Customs charges are uncommon for many pet products, but local regulations may vary.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo or video of the damaged item.

Lost Packages

Pawkiva is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking status shows “Delivered.”

If your tracking says delivered but you cannot find it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Check around your mailbox, porch, front desk, mailroom, or delivery area
  • Contact the shipping carrier or local courier immediately to file a claim

We will provide you with all available tracking information to assist your claim, but we cannot grant refunds for items successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.
